Columbus-Apotheke Inh. Wiebke Meins e.K. is an independent pharmacy in Mettmann, North Rhine-Westphalia. As an owner-managed business, decisions are made locally and with the people who visit us in mind.

Our work centres on the supply of medicines. We dispense prescription and over-the-counter products, advise on their correct use and help you understand how different medicines fit together. Whether you collect a prescription, look for something for a cold or want to ask about a medicine you already take, the aim is the same: that you leave knowing what to do and why.
